We have opportunities in the following functions:
Finance, Human Resources, Retail, IT, Sales & Marketing, Gas & Power Marketing, Geoscience, Production & Development and Chemical Engineering.

Salary and benefits:
Minimum £33,500 plus acceptance bursary (£1,000), relocation allowance (£2,500), 2 for 1 share scheme, final salary pension, subsidised dining and gym facilities at some locations.

Training and Development:
ExxonMobil offer various development programmes, aimed at equipping graduates
with the skills required to become leaders of the future. One of the programmes
which many of our graduates attend is the ExxonMobil Graduate Development Programme, run in conjunction with the internationally renowned London Business School (LBS). This is a two year, modular course covering business awareness, interpersonal skills and people management, leading to alumni status with the LBS upon completion of the programme.

Job rotations every two to three years offer graduates the opportunity to test and develop their skills, by applying them to new and exciting challenges.

Obtaining Chartership status is also encouraged where appropriate, eg IChemE and CIMA.
