The full diversity of the Group’s global operations is reflected in the UK, with activities spanning the entire oil and gas chain: exploration and production; gas and power; refining and marketing; and chemicals. We are a major contributor to the UK economy, directly employing some 6,500 people and indirectly supporting an estimated 35,000 jobs.
Our refining and marketing business is the UK’s fourth largest downstream oil company, embracing Total Lindsey Oil Refinery in North Lincolnshire, 800 branded service stations and a large network of storage and distribution facilities. Our fuel is distributed by road, rail, sea and pipeline. We also have bitumen and lubricants production plants. Aviation fuel is supplied through the AIR TOTAL brand while our company-owned TOTAL BUTLER business is one of the largest fuel distributors in the UK.

We look for graduates that have achieved a minimum of 2:1 in their degree.
For the Refining scheme: Chemical Engineering degree discipline
Marketing scheme: Any degree discipline, with French language skills being beneficial.
