HI! I am close to finishing my joint honours degree in sports and materials science. Not sure on how to go about looking for jobs when ive finished, or in what sort of places to go looking. Does anyone have any tips for how i can go about looking for jobs related to my degree after ive finished!?

You'll find on several job sites that they let you filter down your results by industry, so that is worth giving a go to see if there's anything available in your sector. Use every resource you can - online, offline, careers fairs, and your university careers adviser. Looking for jobs is a tough, challenging process, and you need to make use of everything that is available to you.

I'd imagine that sports might be quite a competitive area as well as it's quite specialist so you may want to research the industry, and if you know anybody who works in that industry, ask if you could shadow them or if there are possibilities for an internship.
