I am just wondering what entitlements I have as a religious person to holiday from work to coincide with my religious holidays. Also, due to the timing of our Sabbath it would mean that I can't work late on a certain day, can a job force me to? |

Not if you are honest at the outset about your beliefs. When the company decides to employ you, they are then aware of your situation and have to comply with your pre-requisites. |
