About International Management

This is a globally mobile, generalist banking career.  IMs change role and location every 18 months – two years throughout their career and will have assignments spanning our customer groups and the regions in which we operate.  IMs build up a unique set of skills and experiences and are expected to demonstrate the capability to become the future leaders of the HSBC Group
