Our fees are regularly in excess of £40,000 and have reached £87,000 for one person!

Our Graduate Scheme:
We offer a renowned and intensive 12 months Graduate Training Programme which encompasses the development of 12 Key Consulting Skills across our 33 Step Search & Selection Process.
Your training will be highly structured and delivered by our top quality Management & Training Team.
You will be working alongside a Team Manager who will nurture you for 12 months, involving you in all aspects of client assignments, leading to your eventual promotion to Consultant.
Your duties will be exciting and fast-paced, heavily involved in the search & selection of key individuals for our impressive client portfolio.

Your job will involve cutting-edge consulting work for your prestigious Clients – researching your client’s competitor companies, mapping their staff within, headhunting potential candidates, comprehensive interviewing, and shortlisting only the best candidates for their lucrative assignments.
Upon the completion of your assignment:
- Your client wins by getting a ‘star performer’ from one of their competitors.
- Your candidate wins by getting a significant uplift in their career development & financial package.
- Your company wins by charging the client a fee for professional services provided.
- You win by gaining a nice proportion of your company’s fee in bonus, and the satisfaction of completing a successful project for your company & your client.
