The key to the success of each centre is down to the three managers: the Centre Director and two Assistant Directors. The Assistant Director role is comprised of many different areas, providing you with a lot of variety in your day. During weekdays the children come in from 3.30pm onwards, so the mornings are made up of the core business, marketing and administration functions, whilst in the evening your focus will shift onto the children and the parents.

We recruit only the very best graduates and are committed to training each individual in a wide variety of educational and business skills.

Assistant Directors need to be willing to take on the responsibility to drive forward the growth and development of our learning centres using their promotional and managerial strengths.

  • confident and motivated to market and sell a new concept
  • profes sional, articulate and persuasive
  • willing and able to take responsibility for the success of a centre
  • passionate about helping children achieve their potential & able to build a strong rapport
  • able to demonstrate their aptitude for working with children
  • enthusiastic and highly motivated with a vibrant personality
  • ambition to enhance their professional development and later become a Centre Director
  • all applicants MUST already have a UK work permit.

Our recruitment process runs all year round as we continue to launch new centres throughout the year. Opportunities arise throughout the year in our new and existing centres, so please apply for any settings.

We recommend applying early if you are interested in working in a particular centre/region at a specific time, that way we can offer you a position early and will put you ahead of other applicants interested in the same area.

We also accept deferred applications if you have not graduated yet or are thinking of travelling. Please visit the ‘Careers section’ of our website and select "How to Apply". Email a completed application form (available from our website) along with a CV and bespoke cover letter.
